At RMI, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a critical leader in a fast-growing organization who will provide strategic direction and practical oversight in the assessment and management of technology across the Enterprise.

The CIO will align both product and solution development efforts with the organizational vision and ensure that RMI products and solutions are delivered with quality, accuracy, and timely execution. You will lead a team of architects, developers, business and QA analysts, IT, and DevOps while working with RMI Product Management and creative teams to build and host best-in-class technology solutions. You will be a dynamic leader that can take responsibility for these teams and evolve our product and solution development efforts to the next level of excellence.

  • Lead all aspects of web development, DevOps, and QA for our products and website solutions
  • Lead our internal IT function including selection and operation of internal and third-party systems, support our rigorous SOC, PCI, and HIPPA compliance audits, etc. Drive overall technology roadmaps and strategy related to web-based solution development efforts
  • Oversee the writing of well designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices
  • Integrate capabilities from RMI’s proprietary Fibonacci product platform wherever appropriate as well as third party software
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
  • Leverage past experience and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients
  • Oversee estimation and execution of project work plans
  • Minimize schedule and technical risk by foreseeing and addressing obstacles proactively
  • Provide strategic direction and insight as needed
  • Prepare and present clear and concise reports to the Senior Leadership Team



  • Demonstrable experience working to design, develop, and launch products & web solutions including both product and custom Software Development LifeCycles in an agile development environment
  • Experience with DevOps and cloud hosting of SaaS platforms and solutions
  • Experience working with full-stack development teams
  • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and development best practices
  • Experience managing a remotely located team
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of user interface and information design processes and methodology
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
