As the newest member of our Client Services team, you’ll be assisting in the development, implementation, and execution of client strategy, planning, and analysis within the financial industry.
You’ll bring a solid foundation of account management and brand development. You’ll be the key day-to-day relationship manager for RAZR’s clients in the Financial Services space.
You’ll bring flexibility in managing priorities, schedules, and challenges. You’ll be prepared to learn, and eager to grow.
And all along the way, you’ll respect the primacy of strategy, the limitations of ego, and the power of setting a personal example to your colleagues.


Work with the Project Management team to accurately scope and estimate projects
Prepare pricing recommendations using RAZR’s estimation tools & obtain final estimate approval from senior management
Initiate, prepare and review project proposals for client presentations

Account Management
Demonstrate an understanding of client’s marketing and customer engagement strategies, goals and objectives and can communicate insights/tactics with both RAZR team and client contacts
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for multiple clients
Represent RAZR’s values and culture at all times when working with clients, partners and the RAZR team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure repeat business with RAZR
Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities and action plans for the client’s goals
Lead the day-to-day direction of client projects with the Project Manager assigned to your clients account
Partner with the RAZR team to ensure project deliverables, goals, and budgets are met
Attend face-to-face client meetings as necessary
Ability to manage issues if they arise
Confidently answer client or team questions regarding projects or work status
Ensure deadlines are communicated to the client and project management teams
Plan, strategize and execute as needed for assigned projects
Ensure that all aspects of agency work are of superior quality and are conducted in accordance with agency procedures

Communicate changes to financial forecast to client services team for projects that are being executed; provide senior management with financial forecasting for presale projects

Experienced in customer journey development and how customer segmentation can be used to optimize their experiences with a brand
Demonstrable results in leading financial engagement initiatives
Competent in the fundamentals of loyalty strategies to lead client initiatives
Self-starter and problem solver
Proactive in learning and developing skills to align to agency and client needs
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to forecast and manage project financials
Demonstrates ability to effectively research and use available resources
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Well organized, highly dependable and efficient
Exhibits a positive and friendly attitude

4-year degree in business, marketing or related discipline or equivalent education + experience
2 to 4 years of marketing experience in the financial industry strongly preferred
2 to 4 years of client relationship management experience in the financial industry strongly preferred
Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office tools
